Guests can experience being a Baqueano, or Chilean cowboy, during one of the several offered excursions. The on-site Coiron Restaurant serves traditional Patagonian dishes for lunch and dinner, with selected beverages and alcoholic drinks included for all-inclusive guests. The Pionero Bar offers a separate menu with burgers, pizzas, and unique cocktails, including a house-made gin from Patagonian botanicals. An on-site regenerative kitchen garden supplies fresh produce for farm-to-table meals.
